These terms apply to Ramp Rush: Sky Jump ("the game"), together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By playing you accept them. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you.

1. Your account

You play with your Game Center account; your island is saved on our server under it. Keep your Apple Account secure. You can delete your island at any time (Settings → Account data → Delete my island).

2. Stars and other virtual items

Stars, skins, upgrades, slots and other items are a limited, personal licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or sold; they can only be passed to other players through the game's gifting. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds follow Apple's rules (reportaproblem.apple.com). When Apple refunds a purchase, what it delivered is taken back in the game. One-time purchases can be restored on a new island; Stars cannot.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, use modified or automated clients, exploit bugs, or disrupt other players. We may remove gains obtained that way and suspend accounts that keep doing it.

4. Optional videos and events

Rewarded videos are optional and limited per day. Events, prices and game balance may change over time to keep the game fair and fun.

5. Availability

The game needs an internet connection and our servers. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. If we ever close the game we will announce it in the game in advance.

6. Liability

The game is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses; this does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
